Add these jaw opening springs to your Moxon Vise and take it to the next level!

These springs fit over any acme thread up to 3/4 inch in diameter.

The springs automatically open up the Moxon vise jaws when you loosen up the vise.

Install the springs by making a 15/16th inch recess in each jaw thread hole that the compressed springs fit into.

They work great for what they are

These are great little springs that work perfectly for my moxon vise. They open the jaws automatically.

Functional addition

Installed simply and easily with the bronze bushings. Frees up one hand for handling the wood instead of the vise.

Great idea.

I had to route out a space so the vise can close completely but that wasn't a problem. Works great.

just right

I had bought some at a hardware store and they were too weak.

Springs a great addition

I did fit the 2nd nut into the back piece and buried it deep enough to accomodate some spring. Also drilled the front section out deeper so the spring is inside the vise with nothing in it, it just makes me happy that it closes right up, but also it opens right up when I spin the wheels. Thanks for the great addition to this moxon vise.
